Buying a home is probably the most expensive investment you will ever make. This is not the time to purchase an inexperienced inspector for your inspection. We all realize this, but author and social thinker, John Ruskin, said it well: “The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. It cannot be done.
